The Aztec Theatre is a 1,477-capacity historic theatre at 104 North St Mary's Street in downtown San Antonio, Texas, opened in 1926 as a Mesoamerican-themed movie palace. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and now operated by Live Nation, it hosts concerts, comedy and live events beneath a three-ton chandelier. Buckcherry are an American hard rock band formed in Anaheim, California, in 1995, originally under the name Sparrow before a cease-and-desist forced the change.
