An outdoor amphitheatre in Mansfield, Massachusetts, originally the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts and still widely called Great Woods. It opened in the summer of 1986 with a 12,000 capacity, later expanded to 19,900 across reserved, lawn and general admission areas. Running mid-May to late September and named Billboard's Top Grossing Amphitheater in 2010, it is chiefly a concert venue. Babymetal formed in Tokyo in 2010 as a sub-unit of the idol group Sakura Gakuin, built on the idea of fusing heavy metal with the Japanese idol genre, and became an independent act in 2013.
