Arkells played O2 Academy2 Birmingham in Birmingham on 28 September 2026, with Phantom Planet in support. This show has already taken place — see Arkells's page on KeenToGo for their upcoming dates.
Arkells are named after Arkell Street in the Westdale neighbourhood of Hamilton, where the original five lived and practised near McMaster University — Max Kerman met Mike DeAngelis at a Welcome Week event, the two of them discovering they had identical taste in music.
