Built in 1929 as the Phoenix Motor Company building, it was designed by Lescher and Mahoney, the firm behind the city's Orpheum Theatre. The former car dealership now trades as one of Phoenix's characterful live-music rooms. almost monday are an indie pop band from San Diego, founded in 2015 by Dawson Daugherty, Luke Fabry and Cole Clisby.
