Daisy Jones Bar is a live-music venue and bar at Summerhill Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, in the heart of the Cape Winelands. It runs a busy programme of South African rock, Afrikaans music, folk, tributes and comedy — from headline acts to theme nights — in a relaxed estate setting. Sunset Sweatshop started ten years ago, when a few friends with day jobs began getting together after hours in a workshop in Joostenbergvlakte — no studio and no money, just instruments and an excuse to make noise until midnight.
