The Linda Lindas are an American punk band from Los Angeles — Eloise Wong, the sisters Lucia and Mila de la Garza, and Bela Salazar. They formed in 2018 and took their name from the film Linda Linda Linda, which in turn took its name from a Blue Hearts song. Amy Poehler noticed them and they recorded the soundtrack for her film Moxie in 2021; later that year the single "Racist, Sexist Boy" went viral and Epitaph Records signed them shortly afterwards. Their debut album, Growing Up, followed in 2022.
