Celtic Thunder are an Irish singing group and stage show known for an eclectic, theatrical style, backed on tour by the Celtic Thunder Band. The live shows are built around dramatic set pieces — often invoking symbols of ancient Celtic mythology — visual effects and highly choreographed staging. Since the original group formed in 2007 they have released twelve albums and ten live performances on DVD.
