The room
An independent live music venue, bar and exhibition space at 10-12 Fairfax Street in central Bristol, opened in September 2020. Most of its programme is curated by external promoters and runs from live music through to club nights, and it also hosts book launches, performance art, discussion panels, record and art fairs and workshops. Access is step-free throughout, with a wheelchair-accessible WC, allocated wheelchair viewing areas on request and free tickets for carers; the toilets are gender neutral. Live shows are all ages with under-18s accompanied, and club nights are 18+.
