The room
A soccer-specific stadium in downtown Houston, home to MLS's Houston Dynamo and the NWSL's Houston Dash. Opened in May 2012, it was the first such stadium built in a major American downtown, funded by $35.5 million from the city and $60 million from the Dynamo. Formerly named for BBVA and PNC, it now carries Shell's naming rights and also hosts Texas Southern football and large concerts.
