Downsview Park is a large urban park on the site of a former Toronto air base, CFB Downsview, which closed in 1996. Its open fields have hosted some of the city's biggest outdoor events, from the 2003 'Molson Canadian Rocks for Toronto' concert to the annual VELD electronic music festival.
