The William Saroyan Theatre is a performing-arts theatre within the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center in downtown Fresno, California, hosting touring concerts, Broadway tours and stage productions; it is named after the Fresno-born writer William Saroyan. ZZ Top are that little ol' band from Texas — the Houston blues-rock trio formed in 1969 whose Eliminator (1983) welded boogie to synthesizers and MTV iconography.
