A 236,000-square-foot casino and hotel in Emmett Charter Township, Michigan, between Battle Creek and Marshall, owned and operated by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi. Construction began in May 2008 and the casino opened to the public on 5 August 2009, with the hotel and further additions following in December 2012. Its event space hosts touring live music. ZZ Top are that little ol' band from Texas — the Houston blues-rock trio formed in 1969 whose Eliminator (1983) welded boogie to synthesizers and MTV iconography.
