The Calvert Marine Museum is a maritime museum in Solomons, Maryland, near the mouth of the Patuxent River on Chesapeake Bay; each summer its riverside grounds host an outdoor concert series that draws national touring acts. ZZ Top are that little ol' band from Texas — the Houston blues-rock trio formed in 1969 whose Eliminator (1983) welded boogie to synthesizers and MTV iconography.
