The American Music Theatre is a purpose-built concert and show theatre on Lincoln Highway East in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, opened in 1997. It is known both for its own original stage productions and for hosting national touring music and comedy acts. ZZ Top are that little ol' band from Texas — the Houston blues-rock trio formed in 1969 whose Eliminator (1983) welded boogie to synthesizers and MTV iconography.
