A medieval castle and Victorian Gothic Revival mansion in the centre of Cardiff, used for outdoor concerts. The original motte-and-bailey was raised in the late 11th century by Norman invaders on top of a 3rd-century Roman fort, and rebuilding in stone — a shell keep and substantial defensive walls — began in the 12th century. Two Door Cinema Club are a Northern Irish trio from Bangor whose kinetic debut Tourist History made them one of indie-dance's defining bands.
