The National is a live-music and performing-arts venue on East Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia, housed in a 1923 theatre that once screened films as well as staging shows. After years as the Towne Theater cinema it was restored and reopened as The National in 2008, and is the last survivor of Broad Street's original trio of grand auditoriums. Turnover are an American rock band from Virginia Beach, Virginia, formed in 2009 by the brothers Austin and Casey Getz — Austin on vocals and rhythm guitar, Casey on drums — alongside their longtime friend Danny Dempsey on bass.
