The Usher Hall is a Category A listed concert hall in the West End of Edinburgh, Scotland, opened in 1914 and seating around 2,200 in its domed auditorium. Owned by the City of Edinburgh Council, it has staged concerts for over a century, hosted the 1972 Eurovision Song Contest, and remains a leading venue for classical and popular music. The Twilight Sad are a Scottish post-punk and indie rock band from Kilsyth, formed in 2003 and now a duo of founding members James Graham and Andy MacFarlane.
