The Cliffs Pavilion is a 1,630-seat theatre and concert hall on the clifftop at Westcliff-on-Sea, part of Southend-on-Sea in Essex, England. Opened in 1964, it is the largest-capacity theatre in the East of England and stages touring music, comedy and stage productions. The Streets is Mike Skinner's Birmingham-born garage-rap project, whose Original Pirate Material and A Grand Don't Come for Free narrated British life like nothing before them.
