Spark Arena is Auckland's main indoor arena, at 42-80 Mahuhu Crescent in Quay Park on the eastern edge of the CBD, a 10-15 minute walk from Britomart station. It opened on 24 March 2007 as Vector Arena, was named Auckland City Arena while it was being built, and took its present name in 2017. It is run by Quay Park Arena Management. The Rock 2000 Live is an annual arena concert staged by the New Zealand rock radio station The Rock, held at Auckland's Spark Arena, where the station plays out its listener-voted Rock 2000 countdown alongside live sets from touring rock acts.
