Sacramento's downtown indoor arena, built partly on the old Downtown Plaza site and anchoring the Downtown Commons (DoCo) entertainment district. Home to the NBA's Sacramento Kings, it replaced ARCO Arena and expands to roughly 19,000 for concerts. Alongside 34 year-round luxury suites and 48 loft-style suites, it hosts touring shows, conventions and other big-ticket events. The Red Clay Strays are an Alabama band whose gospel-charged Southern rock broke out with Wondering Why and a reputation as one of America's fiercest live acts.
