The Ipswich Regent Theatre is a 1,551-seat theatre on St Helens Street in Ipswich, Suffolk, opened in 1929 as a cine-variety hall and now East Anglia's largest theatre. It presents touring music, comedy and pantomime. The Proclaimers are Scottish twins Craig and Charlie Reid, whose I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) became one of the most beloved singalongs ever written.
