The largest outdoor amphitheater in the Portland metro area, in Ridgefield, Washington, with an 18,000 capacity — 7,810 covered seats plus lawn room for around 10,000. The B-52s are an American new wave band formed in Athens, Georgia, in 1976, taking their name from a slang term for a towering beehive hairdo.
