The De La Warr Pavilion is a Modernist arts centre on the seafront at Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, designed by Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff and opened in 1935 as one of Britain's first welded-steel-frame public buildings. Grade I listed and restored in 2005, it pairs a concert auditorium with one of the largest galleries on England's south coast. The Amy Winehouse Band is led by Dale Davis, Winehouse's long-time musical director and bassist, and brings back the original members of her band to perform her work in her honour: guitarist Hawi Gondwe, drummer Nathen Allen, Henry Collins on trumpet and Ade Omotayo on additional vocals.
