Under the Neon Palms is a live-music room at the El Mocambo, the historic entertainment venue at 464 Spadina Avenue in Toronto that has hosted concerts since 1948 and is famed for the Rolling Stones' surprise shows there in 1977. Rolling Quartz are a South Korean all-female rock band from Seoul, formed in 2019 and officially debuting in December 2020 with the single 'Blaze', bringing a grunge- and glam-metal-influenced sound to Korea's male-dominated rock scene.
