Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is an outdoor amphitheatre at the AvidXchange Music Factory entertainment district in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Previously known as the Uptown Amphitheatre and the Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre, it stages touring concerts through the warmer months. Rawayana are a Venezuelan band formed in Caracas in 2007 — Alberto "Beto" Montenegro, Antonio "Tony" Casas, Andrés "Fofo" Story and Alejandro "Abeja" Abeijón.
