The UC Theatre, officially the UC Theatre Taube Family Music Hall, is a nonprofit concert hall in downtown Berkeley, California, run by the Berkeley Music Group. Originally opened as a cinema in 1917, it was restored and reopened as a 1,400-capacity live-music venue in 2016. Pigeons Playing Ping Pong are an American funk jam band from Baltimore who have built their audience almost entirely on the road, playing as many as two hundred shows a year.
