A 9,525-seat amphitheatre carved between two 300-foot sandstone monoliths outside Denver, opened in 1941 and considered by many artists the greatest venue on earth. U2's Under a Blood Red Sky and the annual Film on the Rocks are part of its legend. Of Monsters and Men are the Icelandic band whose shout-along Little Talks carried their debut My Head Is an Animal to global multi-platinum status.
