A 1936 National Guard armory in downtown Minneapolis, built by the Public Works Administration and on the National Register of Historic Places. It housed the Minneapolis Lakers before the NBA left town, sat through decades of other uses, and is now one of the city's biggest and most striking rooms. O.A.R. are an American rock band founded in Rockville, Maryland in 1996, made up of Marc Roberge, Chris Culos, Richard On, Benj Gershman and Jerry DePizzo.
