Tampa's downtown arena, opened in 1996 as the Ice Palace and home of the NHL's Lightning — the Bay's main indoor concert stop. Mumford & Sons led the folk-rock revival out of West London, with Sigh No More (2009) and the Grammy Album of the Year Babel (2012) turning banjo-driven singalongs into stadium anthems.
