The Paradise Rock Club is a 933-capacity general-admission music venue on Commonwealth Avenue beside Boston University, opened in 1977 as the Paradise Theater. One of Boston's storied small rooms and operated by Crossroads Presents, it has hosted early US shows by the likes of U2 and Phish. Militarie Gun are an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles in 2020, with Ian Shelton on lead vocals, William Acuña on rhythm guitar, Kevin Kiley on lead guitar, Waylon Trim on bass and David Stalsworth on drums.
