A 9,525-seat amphitheatre carved between two 300-foot sandstone monoliths outside Denver, opened in 1941 and considered by many artists the greatest venue on earth. U2's Under a Blood Red Sky and the annual Film on the Rocks are part of its legend. Man are a Welsh psychedelic rock band formed in 1968, mainstays of the progressive underground whose jam-heavy live albums are collector treasures.
