Purgatory is the smallest of the Masquerade's three stages — Heaven, Purgatory and Hell — in Kenny's Alley beneath Underground Atlanta. Since 1989 the complex has been Atlanta's home for punk, metal and everything alternative. Man Man are a Philadelphia experimental rock band whose manic, Waits-ian carnival shows made them a 2000s indie cult favourite.
