A 1936 National Guard armory in downtown Minneapolis, built by the Public Works Administration and on the National Register of Historic Places. It housed the Minneapolis Lakers before the NBA left town, sat through decades of other uses, and is now one of the city's biggest and most striking rooms. Malcolm Todd Hobert is an American singer-songwriter and record producer whose music is noted for blending indie pop and alternative R&B. He signed with Columbia Records after the 2023 singles “Art House” and “Roommates” went viral on TikTok; both were included on his 2024 mixtape Sweet Boy.
