Still a social enterprise with its community-club soul intact, its two 400-cap rooms host everyone from cult heroes to arena acts playing secret shows. LSD and the Search for God are a San Francisco shoegaze band whose swirling, rarely-glimpsed live shows and 2007 EP earned a long-simmering cult following.
