A music venue at 420 Mason Street in the Tenderloin, opened in 2017 in the room that spent the previous twenty-seven years as the nightclub Ruby Skye. Low Cut Connie are an American rock and roll band based in Philadelphia, built around frontman, pianist and songwriter Adam Weiner, the group's one constant since it began in 2010.
