Bristol's city concert hall, reopened in 2023 after a top-to-bottom rebuild — the former Colston Hall, renamed and re-engineered into the West Country's finest room. Kings of Convenience are the Bergen duo of Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe, whose whisper-quiet acoustic pop declared 'quiet is the new loud' and made it true.
