Mystic Lake Amphitheater is an outdoor concert amphitheatre at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel near Shakopee, Minnesota, owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Kesha is an American singer, songwriter and rapper, born in Los Angeles in 1987 and raised in Nashville, where her mother, songwriter Pebe Sebert, was based.
