Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is a century-old family apple orchard and cidery in LaFayette, New York, south of Syracuse, whose Apple Hill campus hosts an outdoor summer concert series alongside its 1911 tasting room. Indigo Girls are Atlanta folk-rock duo Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, whose harmony anthem Closer to Fine has soundtracked three decades of singalongs and activism.
