Bill Graham's psychedelic ballroom, the epicentre of 1960s San Francisco where the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix defined an era. The chandeliers, apple barrels and poster tradition survive. Ibeyi are French-Cuban twins Lisa-Kaindé and Naomi Díaz, whose Yoruba-infused soul on their XL Recordings albums drew fans from Beyoncé to Álvaro Soler.
