The 400-seat showroom inside the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, a resort on Las Vegas Boulevard south of the Las Vegas Strip. The property opened on 22 December 2005 as the South Coast and was renamed the South Point after Michael Gaughan took over its ownership from Boyd Gaming in October 2006. Clint Black was the first major entertainer to play the resort, in February 2006; Ralphie May, Jerry Lewis and Rob Schneider have appeared since, and The Righteous Brothers began a residency there in 2021. Human Nature are an Australian vocal group whose Motown tributes and pop harmonies carried them from Sydney to a long-running Las Vegas residency.
