Bill Graham's psychedelic ballroom, the epicentre of 1960s San Francisco where the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix defined an era. The chandeliers, apple barrels and poster tradition survive. Avrey Freeman, known professionally as Honestav, is an American musician from Pierce City, Missouri.
