A 3,000-cap hall opened in 2019 in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, built by Powderfinger's John Collins to give the Valley precinct its flagship stage. Happy Mondays are the Salford band who fused indie rock with acid-house on Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches, defining the Madchester era around Shaun Ryder and Bez.
