Chicago's Near West Side giant, opened in 1994 to replace the 'Madhouse on Madison' — home of the Bulls and Blackhawks and the largest arena in the NBA. Gorillaz are the virtual band created in 1998 by Blur's Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett — animated members 2-D, Murdoc, Noodle and Russel fronting a revolving door of star collaborators.
