A Grade II-listed Art Deco venue on Commercial Road in Stepney, East London, opened in 1933 as a cinema. After stints as an opera training school and a 1980s bingo hall, it was converted for live events in 2006. Listed in 1990, the 3,100-capacity hall is a treasured piece of East London history, with an extension to 3,600 planned for 2026. Geese are a young Brooklyn band whose wiry, unpredictable art-rock on Projector and 3D Country made them one of America's most hyped new guitar acts.
