Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre is a 20,000-capacity outdoor amphitheatre in Maryland Heights, Missouri, in the St. Louis suburbs. Opened in 1991 as the Riverport Amphitheatre — and later known as UMB Bank Pavilion and the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater — it is the region's principal summer shed for major touring acts and remains notorious for the 1991 Guns N' Roses riot early in its life. Five Finger Death Punch are an American heavy-metal band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2005 by guitarist Zoltan Bathory and drummer Jeremy Spencer.
