The Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre is the 2,139-seat main auditorium of the Aotea Centre in central Auckland, New Zealand, named after the New Zealand opera singer Dame Kiri Te Kanawa and used for concerts, opera, musicals and cultural events. The Exploding Rainbow Orchestra is a large Auckland-based ensemble led by conductor Joshua Worthington-Church, numbering upwards of thirty players.
