A&R Music Bar is a small live-music club in the Arena District of Columbus, Ohio, part of the PromoWest group of venues and used for intimate shows by emerging and touring artists. Emo Nite is a club night thrown by Morgan Freed and T.J. Petracca, who met working at a creative agency and convinced a bartender at the Short Stop in Echo Park to let them throw a party on a random, rainy Tuesday; double the bar's capacity turned up.
