New York's beloved 575-cap club in a 1929 Lower East Side building, widely considered the sound-and-sightlines gold standard of small rooms — the place bands play on the way up, and again for the love of it. Eartheater is Queens-based artist Alexandra Drewchin, whose blend of harp, glitch electronics and three-octave voice makes albums like Phoenix: Flames Are Dew Upon My Skin genuinely uncategorisable.
