The Austin punk institution since 1992 and an official SXSW stage — reborn on East Riverside in 2011, still the room where loud music lives in the Live Music Capital. Citizen is an American rock band formed in 2009, originally split between Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio and now based in Toledo, Ohio.
