Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre is an outdoor amphitheatre at the AvidXchange Music Factory entertainment district in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Previously known as the Uptown Amphitheatre and the Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre, it stages touring concerts through the warmer months. Charley Crockett is an American singer-songwriter from San Benito, Texas, whose prolific output fuses country, blues, Cajun and soul into what he calls 'Gulf and Western.' Since 2015 he has released well over a dozen albums, among them Welcome to Hard Times and the acclaimed $10 Cowboy, building one of independent country's hardest-touring reputations.
